  • Size or fit guidance: the product name, size you are considering, and the relevant measurements shown in that product’s size guide.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: your order number plus clear photos or a short video of the item, label, issue, and outer packaging where relevant.
  • Return or exchange: your order number, item and variant, and reason for the request. Please review our Refund Policy before sending anything back.
  • Payment question: your order number and the date and amount of the charge. Do not email us your complete card number, security code, password, or other sensitive payment credentials.
